Mary Louise Parker Plastic Surgery – Nose Job & Facelift

Short Bio

Mary Louise Parker has clearly had plastic surgery – and she sure looks good because of it. Looking at before and after pictures shows this extraordinarily good-looking woman to have renewed that head turning quality she has had for a long, long time.

As far back as “Fried Green Tomatoes” (1991) Mary Louise Parker has brought an intelligent and nuanced comic take to just about every role she has had, even the tragic ones (“Boys on the Side,” “Long Time Companion”) as well as the ridiculous ones (“Weeds” – a TV series about a suburban housewife dealing marijuana to support her family).

Mary Louise Parker was born in 1964, which makes her 50, and she has two children and-when before and after pictures are compared, it sure does seem that she has had plastic surgery to keep her good looks. And why shouldn’t she? She claims to keep in shape with a combination of healthy diet and exercise. Probably that is true to a large extent. But. ..

What Kind of Plastic Surgery Mary Louise Parker Have?

A Facelift?

Since her face is so youthful – probably a combination of (a) injection of botulism causing paralysis, so the wrinkles smooth out; (b) injecting Collagen or hyaluronic acid or other chemicals to fill in wrinkles. Despite frantic media efforts her surgeon (?) has not broken his (or her) medical oath or the privacy of the patient so we cannot say for certain. It seems pretty likely though.

Nose Job or Rhinoplasty?

Comparing photos of the younger Mary Louise Parker with photos of now do show narrower nostrils and a sharper overall nose and nose tip, so probably.

Why Does Mary Louise Parker Deny She Had Cosmetic Surgery?

Over the last year, I lost 25 pounds – if I lose another 25 pounds I will be at the fat end of good looking. I considered liposuction when I was really fat. I didn’t do it because I was afraid of what other people would think of me. If I were 300 pounds overweight and I got weight reduction surgery people would be okay with it, but if I got that same weight reduction surgery because I was unhappy with how I looked, how I felt – that would be wrong! It is not wrong. And yet it is so hard to contend with the attitude that it is wrong.

I cannot read Mary Louise Parker’s mind, so I cannot state with certainty why she denies having had plastic surgery, but I hazard a guess that Mary Louise feels that there is a stigma to having had it – which is silly. Being in the acting profession means that being good-looking is a very big part of continuing to be an actor or actress. To not get plastic surgery to remain that awesomely good looking is like telling a carpenter or a plumber not to replace old tools with new ones.

Conclusion

Mary Louise Parker has always been a pretty and a talented actress. She now looks young and beautiful, and she remains very talented.
