It’s no secret that the most powerful and popular women in the media today one to try and freeze time as far as their looks are concerned and Diane Sawyer has been pretty open and honest about wanting to discover the Fountain of Youth – even if it means plastic surgery.
Like most other people in the public eye, Diane definitely feels the stress and pressure to look just as young as all of the “up and comers” that are trying to knock her off her spot as one of the United States most popular media fixtures – but just how far is she willing to go to keep her career chugging along?
Well, according to some people that have compared a lot of Diane Sawyer plastic surgery before and after pictures out there, it’s not exactly completely obvious to the outside observer that she’s had some work done – but she has definitely been “touched up”.
The odds are fantastic that there is a dedicated Diane Sawyer plastic surgery team out there somewhere that knows all of the insider information about which procedures she’s had, which ones she has refused to go through with, and which ones she may be considering in the future. Some of this below is speculation and rumor, but all you have to do is fire up a picture of Diane Sawyer from each year in the last 10 years or so and you’ll be able to see some pretty subtle (but recognizable) changes that can adjust the explained away.
What happened to all of her crow’s feet, saggy eye bags, and wrinkles?
When you have been in broadcasting ever since 1967 (and were born in 1945), there’s going to be a bit of an expectation that you will show signs of aging as you get closer and closer to age 70.
However, for some reason, Diane Sawyer hasn’t aged at the same rate that other people in her age group and generation have – and a lot of people attribute it to a number of her cosmetic procedures that she has undergone.
It’s pretty obvious with before and after pictures that she’s been able to eliminate a lot of her wrinkles, a lot of her crow’s feet, and a lot of the saggy eye bags that she’s been dealing with the last 10 years or so, which would lead most people to assume that she’s gone with at least a couple of Botox injections and maybe even some other fillers or steroids.
There’s also some talk that there have been cosmetic surgery procedures to contour her face by trimming excess skin, especially the loose skin around her neck, and maybe even a nose job to give her a bit of a slimmer profile as she approaches 70.
Again, a lot of this is just speculation and rumor matched up with Diane plastic surgery before and after pictures – but it cannot all be discounted immediately out of hand just because we haven’t been able to talk to the Diane Sawyer plastic surgeon responsible for performing the work.
